Project Description
This project investigates the mechanisms of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) repair. Research will be conducted in Prof. Hansong Ma's laboratory, combining genetics, cell biology, and molecular biology approaches using Drosophila and human cell models to uncover the fundamental principles regulating mtDNA inheritance and stability.
