Project Overview
About the Position
Amsterdam UMC is recruiting a doctoral candidate (promovendus) for a project on digital, data and AI competencies in healthcare. The project studies which digital, data and AI skills healthcare professionals need, how these competencies can be built into training and continuing education, and how competency development changes practice in clinical settings.
The candidate will run surveys and interviews, analyse training programmes and co-develop educational interventions with clinical and educational partners. The research contributes to national discussions on preparing the healthcare workforce for data-driven care. The appointment is a salaried PhD track under the CAO-UMC collective agreement with a gross monthly salary between EUR 3,217 and EUR 4,077.
Candidate Profile
Applicants hold a master's degree in health sciences, educational science, informatics or a related field, with an interest in both healthcare practice and data-driven innovation.
